Complaints

If you have a concern please speak to us - the Patient Care Co-ordinator Claire Brown or the Medical Secretary Lisa Baker will be able to help you.

If you are still concerned please ask to speak to our Practice Manager Dave Davenport. 

 

A formal complaint can be made in writing to bellevale.healthcentre@nhs.net, or by post. Please provide the patients full name and date of birth so that we can investigate fully.
